The NCAA permits Marquette to offer the equivalent of 136 full athletic scholarships, and we have not yet reached our potential to maximize our aid to our student-athletes.  The generosity of Blue & Gold Fund donors help provide the foundation of success at Marquette for our student-athletes of today and for those of tomorrow.

Which of the following best describes your current seating status at the BMO Harris Bradley Center?

WISCONSIN ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS CENTER

Marquette men’s basketball will begin to play its home games at the Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center beginning with the 2018-2019 season.  Milwaukee’s new state-of-the-art sports and entertainment arena is scheduled to open in the fall of 2018 and will serve as the Milwaukee Bucks new home, as well as being a major venue for concerts, family shows, boxing, MMA, NCAA men’s basketball tournament games and other special events in addition to Marquette men’s basketball.  The construction of the new arena has generated a lot of excitement within the Marquette men’s basketball program as it will provide a world class experience for our student-athletes and fans.
As part of the move to the Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center, new seating options, including more lower bowl options, will be available that are an improvement over seating currently at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Moreover, there will be more pricing sections available in the new arena in order to add cost flexibility and allow you to choose the specific section that best caters to your preferences.
Given that Marquette men’s basketball will be moving to the Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center in 2018, how would you characterize your interest in attending men’s basketball games in the new arena?
Considering your current seats at the BMO Harris Bradley Center and recognizing that the price of your seat for Marquette men’s basketball in the new arena will be commensurate with its location, which of the following statements best describes you?

SEAT PURCHASE INTENT

Among the potential seating options that would be available in the new arena for Marquette men’s basketball, please indicate the seating option you would most likely purchase?
You chose Season Tickets. Please indicate which specific seating option you would most likely purchase.
In some limited cases, fans prefer to purchase multiple seating areas within the arena.  Do you intend to purchase tickets to more than one seating area?
Please indicate which additional seating area you would most likely purchase.
Please indicate the number of tickets you would purchase in your additional seating area?

SEAT LEASE TERMS

Your seat may be offered for 1, 3 or 5-year terms, payable annually.  A common incentive for signing a longer commitment is a lower annual price increase for seating.  Recognizing that lower annual price increases would be associated with longer lease commitment, which lease term would you likely choose?

SEAT GIFTS

It is possible that a one-time seat gift on season tickets may be required to help support Marquette Athletics.  This program would require a one-time seat gift donation (payable over five years) in addition to your annual giving (donation) to guarantee your Marquette men’s basketball season tickets at the new arena (e.g. courtside seats, season tickets, etc.) as long as you continue to renew your seat and pay the minimum annual donation requirement.  A seat gift donation would also significantly increase your priority standing, allowing you the opportunity to select seats in your most desired location. If a seat gift program donation equal to one year’s annual seat donation were required to purchase seating in the new arena, how would you characterize the impact it would have on your decision to purchase seating?
Your one-time gift would be allocated to an area within athletics of your choosing.  Which of the following areas would you like to see your seat gift allocated to?  Please fill in the percentage of your donation you would like to allocate, up to a total of 100%. Enter zero (0) for each category you do not wish to allocate donations.

AISLE SEATS

When choosing your specific seats in the new arena, will you have a preference for aisle seats over non-aisle seats?
Would you be willing to pay a higher total season ticket price for access to an aisle seat in your preferred section(s)?
Would you still purchase season tickets if the total cost was increased by 15 percent in order to access an aisle seat in your preferred section(s)?
Would you still purchase season tickets if the total cost was increased by 10 percent in order to access an aisle seat in your preferred section(s)?
Would you still purchase season tickets if the total cost was increased by five percent in order to access an aisle seat in your preferred section(s)?

STUDENT SECTION RELOCATION

How do you view the students’ role in the game day atmosphere/experience for Marquette men’s basketball games?
As part of its move to the new arena, the student section could be relocated from the baseline to the first few rows of the sideline at mid-court in order to provide for an enhanced home-court advantage and game-day experience (e.g. Duke’s Cameron Crazies).  This move could reduce the number of prime seats available to donors and may impact your ability to secure seats in your desired location.  How would you describe your support for relocating the student section to mid-court at the new arena?

RESTRICTION-FREE OPEN TRANSFER

Currently, men’s basketball season ticket members are only allowed to transfer their season tickets to spouses but not to other immediate family or business partners unless under extenuating circumstances.  Would you be interested in making a one-time contribution to the Blue & Gold Athletic Scholarship Fund in order to have the opportunity to initiate a restriction-free open transfer?
If a one-time contribution equal to the total annual season ticket price were required to purchase seating in the new arena, how would you characterize the impact it would have on your desire to transfer your tickets?
