How would you describe your (your company’s) interest in purchasing a 12-seat luxury suite at a new stadium located in San Diego if the annual price was $50,000 ($695 per seat, per game) and included tickets to all SDSU regular season home games?
What if the annual price was $40,000 per 12-seat suite ($556 per seat, per game)?
What if the annual price was $30,000 per 12-seat suite ($417 per seat, per game)?
Would you (your company) prefer to share the cost of a luxury suite with another group or utilize the suite on your own over the entire SDSU football season?
How many seats would you (your company) prefer to purchase in a shared luxury suite?

To help offset stadium construction costs, some universities have required a one-time capital gift (tax deductible) in addition to the annual premium seating lease payment.  The one-time capital gift would be payable over five years and would secure your luxury suite location as long as you continue to renew it and pay the annual donation requirement.  If a one-time capital seat gift for a luxury suite was $150,000, or $9,375 per seat, (payable over 5 years), how would this impact your decision to purchase a luxury suite?

What if the one-time capital seat gift for a luxury suite was $100,000, or $6,250 per seat, (payable over 5 years), how would this impact your decision to purchase a luxury suite?
