Q66 |
Opened in 1995, the Edward Jones Dome is currently in its 21st season as the home of the St. Louis Rams, and is one of the oldest venues in the NFL. In order to improve the overall game day experience for Rams fans, offer new general and premium seating areas, as well as create a variety of new revenue opportunities for the team, it is possible that the team could construct a new open-air stadium in the St. Louis area. How would you describe your attitude towards the construction of a new open-air stadium in the St. Louis area? |

Given that a new open-air stadium could improve the overall game day experience for Rams fans, offer new general and premium seating areas, as well as create a variety of new revenue opportunities for the team, how would you describe your interest in purchasing tickets to future St. Louis Rams home games? |
A new open-air stadium in the St. Louis area could offer a variety of seating options, including:
General seating locations would include standard-sized stadium seats, and access to general public stadium concessions and restrooms.
Club seating would also be available and offer the best views in the stadium and include wider, padded seats with more leg room, access to a private climate-controlled lounge with restrooms available only to club members, upscale food and beverage offerings, a private stadium entrance, and the ability to purchase preferred parking, among other such benefits.
It is possible that the following locations of General and Club seating options could be available in a new open-air stadium in the St. Louis area (as shown in the hypothetical seating map below) |
![](stlouisrams_seatlocationpreferencemap_labels.jpg)
The seating chart above provides possible General seat and Club seat locations in a new open-air stadium in the St. Louis area. The seating bowl design presented above is purely hypothetical, and based on other recent NFL stadium developments. Please rank your top three preferred seating locations understanding the most prime locations would be more expensive. For instance, Lower Level Club Seats would offer the best location and amenities. |

Q73 |
Over the past decade, most new NFL stadiums have utilized the sale of Personal Seat Licenses (“PSL”) to help fund construction. Do you know what a PSL is and how it works? |
A PSL gives the holder the right to purchase a season ticket for a particular seat in a new stadium. The main benefit of a PSL is having sole control of the tickets for as long as the NFL franchise plays in the stadium, including the right to transfer the license to relatives, friends or third parties. The proceeds from PSL sales are used towards the cost of the stadium construction. More than 14 NFL franchises have used the sale of PSLs to help fund new stadiums, including recently built stadiums in New York (Giants & Jets), Dallas (Cowboys), San Francisco (49ers), as well as stadiums that are currently under construction in Minnesota (Vikings) and Atlanta (Falcons).
Examples of the cost of one-time PSLs at recently built NFL stadiums include: |
General season tickets could be located in the corners of the lower level of a new open-air stadium in the St. Louis area.
