Q20 |
Currently, ODU season tickets cost an average of $180 with individual game tickets costing an average of $30. Mindful that a new campus stadium would provide Monarch fans with a significantly improved game-day experience, please indicate the maximum increase in ticket price you would be willing to pay, recognizing that increased ticket revenues could be used to fund a portion of stadium construction and/or provide more resources to support athletic department operations. |

PRIORITY SEATING OVERVIEW |
A new campus stadium would include various seating areas, including premium seating (i.e. suites, patio suites, and club seats), priority seating (donor, non-premium), general admission seating, and student seating, among other potential seating areas. Priority (donor) seating reserves the seats in the best locations of the stadium for contributors to the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation, the fundraising organization for athletics. In a new stadium, ODAF members would be able to select the location of their seats during the reseating process that ODU currently uses. In addition to your annual ODAF membership donation, priority seats could also require a tax-deductible "priority seat donation." The amount of this donation would depend on the location of the seat. Donors would receive membership credit and ODAF priority points for this additional "priority seat donation." |
Q21 |
How interested are you in making an annual priority seat donation to obtain seats in the most desirable locations? |
Q22 |
Recognizing that the cost of a seat is tied to its location, please indicate which seat location you would prefer purchasing in a new stadium on ODU’s campus. |

Q37 |
A new campus stadium could include club seats in prime locations, and would be a significant upgrade from the current seating at S.B. Ballard Stadium. Club seats would be wider and provide more leg room than regular stadium seating, may have chair backs and might be located outdoors, covered by a roof overhang. Amenities could include preferred parking, private restrooms, access to a private club that will be located in a climate-controlled space immediately behind the seats with a view of the field, TV monitors, as well as an all-inclusive food and beverage service. How would you describe your interest in club seats at a new campus stadium? |

Q38 |
Club seats may be available for commitments of 3, 5 or 10 years and would require an annual contribution to the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation, of which a significant portion may be tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Recognizing that the annual payment would vary depending on the location of the seats, how likely is it that you would purchase club seats at a new campus stadium at an annual price of $2,500 per seat, including the cost of a season ticket? |

A new campus stadium may include patio suites located in prime locations. Patio suites would seat 4, 6 or 8 people and would be located outside under cover and could include either comfortable chairs on casters or fixed seats with dividers between each patio suite. Each patio suite may be equipped with a counter, refrigerator, and flat-screen television monitors and would come with interior lounge access with all-inclusive food and beverage service, ability to tailgate in the box prior to/during the game and VIP parking. The University may allow multiple parties to share a patio suite, if desired. How would you describe your interest in a patio suite at a new campus stadium? |

A new campus stadium could include luxury suites with outdoor seating and immediate access to a private upscale, climate-controlled area. Amenities could include preferred parking, in-suite catering, private lounge, kitchenette, restrooms accessible only to suite patrons, and flat-screen televisions and other amenities. The purchase of a luxury suite may require a multi-year commitment, and would require an annual contribution to the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation, of which a significant portion may be tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Also, suites may be shared with up to four other parties, if desired, to share the cost and seat inventory. How would you describe your interest in leasing luxury suites at a new campus stadium? |

Q63 |
Premium seating leases may be offered for 3, 5 or 10 year terms, payable annually. A common incentive for signing a longer lease is a lower annual price increase for seating. Recognizing that lower annual price increases would be associated with longer lease terms, which lease term would you likely choose? |

CAPITAL GIFTS - LUXURY SUITES |
Q64 |
To help offset stadium construction costs, some universities have required a one-time capital gift (tax-deductible) in addition to the annual luxury suite lease payment. The one-time capital gift would be payable over five years and would secure your suite location as long as you continue to renew the suite and pay the annual donation requirement. If a one-time capital seat gift for a suite were $100,000+ (payable over 5 years), how would this impact your decision to lease a suite? |

Q65 |
What if the one-time capital seat gift for a suite was $75,000 (payable over 5 years), how would this impact your decision to lease a suite? |

DONOR RECOGNITION OPPORTUNITIES |
Q72 |
There would be a wide variety of donor recognition or naming opportunities in a new campus stadium. Various areas of the stadium could be named after an individual donor, family or corporation in consideration for a capital contribution toward the stadium project. Would you be interested in contributing to a campus stadium in such a manner? |
Q73 |
What level of contribution would you consider to support the development of a new campus stadium and have an area of the stadium named after an individual donor, family or corporation? These contributions could be pledged and paid over a five-year period.
*Donor recognition values are based on what has been charged at other new stadiums, and do not necessarily reflect pricing at a new campus stadium. |
Q74 |
How likely is it that you would actually make a capital donation towards the stadium for an individual or family legacy naming opportunity? |
Q75 |
In reference to the amount you would be willing to donate to support the development of a new campus stadium, would this donation likely be in addition to your current Old Dominion Athletic Foundation contribution, take the place of your current Old Dominion Athletic Foundation contribution level, or would your contribution to the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation remain about the same? |
Q76 |
Have you made non-athletic donations to ODU in the past? |
Q77 |
How would any future athletic donations you may make towards the new stadium project impact your decision to make future non-athletic donations to ODU? |
