SEAT LOCATION PREFERENCE

A new soccer-specific stadium located at Buzzard Point could offer a variety of General and Club Seating options located around the field.

General Seating locations would include standard-sized stadium seats and access to general public concessions, restrooms, and entrances.

Club Seating would also be available and offer the best views of the field in the stadium and could include wider, padded seats with more leg room, access to private climate-controlled lounge spaces with upscale food and beverage options, private restrooms, private stadium entrances, and access to preferred parking, among other such benefits.

Each loge box may be equipped with a drink rail and flat screen televisions, and include in-box wait service, VIP parking, a private stadium entrance, and access to a private club lounge located directly behind the seating area. The private club lounge could provide patrons with access to upscale food and beverage options, private restrooms, and casual seating areas, among other amenities. The purchase of a loge box would include tickets to all D.C. United regular season home matches and first right to purchase tickets to all other events hosted at the stadium.

The purchase of a luxury suite would include tickets to all D.C. United regular season home matches and first right to purchase tickets to all other events hosted at the stadium.
