TICKET PRICES
Q17 Currently, UNLV season tickets (excluding any required donation) cost between $90 and $215, depending on location, while single-game tickets cost between $14 and $50 per ticket, depending on location and opponent. Recognizing that a new multi-purpose on-campus stadium would provide football fans with a significantly improved game day experience and amenities, please indicate the maximum increase in ticket price you would be willing to pay that would not negatively impact your decision to attend games and recognizing that increased ticket revenues could be used to fund a portion of new stadium construction?
 

PRIORITY SEATING (current Rebel Athletic Fund seating areas)
Q18 A new multi-purpose on-campus stadium would include various seating areas, including premium seating (i.e. suites, loge boxes, club seats), priority seating (donor, non-premium), general admission seating, and student seating, among other potential seating areas.  Priority (donor) seating reserves the seats in the best locations of the stadium for those that make contributions to the Rebel Athletic Fund, the fundraising organization for athletics.  Understanding that a qualifying per seat donation beyond the season ticket price will be necessary to secure prime seats along the sidelines, how interested are you in making an annual per seat donation to qualify for purchasing season tickets in a new multi-purpose on-campus stadium?

PREMIUM SEATING INTEREST
Q22 A new multi-purpose on-campus stadium could include the addition of various new premium seating areas, including club seats, loge boxes, and/or luxury suites. New premium seating could be located in prime areas of the stadium and could offer a variety of amenities, including preferred parking, private stadium entrance, and access to a private climate-controlled club lounge with upgraded food and beverage options, private restrooms, and other such amenities.  Premium seat holders could also have first right to purchase tickets to all other events hosted at the stadium (i.e. concerts, sporting events, etc.). Would you be interested in learning more about new premium seating areas in a new multi-purpose on-campus stadium?
 

CLUB SEATS

A new multi-purpose on-campus stadium could include club seats in prime locations.  Club seats might be located outdoors and be covered by a roof overhang, have chair backs and would be wider seats and provide more leg room than regular stadium seating.  Amenities could include preferred parking, private restrooms, TV monitors, upscale food and beverage service, as well as access to a private club that will be located in a climate-controlled space immediately behind the seats with a view to the field.  The club would be in a large, well-furnished area with a view of the field, upscale concession areas, and private restrooms.  It should be noted that club seat holders could receive first right to purchase tickets for all other events hosted at the stadium.

CAPITAL GIFT INFORMATION

To help offset stadium construction costs, some universities have required a one-time capital gift (tax deductible) per club seat in addition to the annual premium seating lease payment.  The one-time capital gift would be payable over five years and would secure your club seat location as long as you continue to renew them and pay the annual donation requirement.  The payment of a capital seat gift could also provide the seat holder with the first right to purchase tickets for all other events hosted at the stadium.

Examples of the cost of capital gifts associated with new club seats at recently renovated/constructed collegiate football stadiums include:

Tennessee:          $25,000 to $50,000 per seat
Baylor:                 $5,000 to $150,000 (for seat location preference)
Texas A&M:         $4,000 to $12,500 per seat
Kansas State:      $15,000 to $25,000 per seat

LOGE BOXES

Construction of a new multi-purpose on-campus stadium may include loge boxes located in prime areas.  Loge boxes would seat 4 to 8 people and would be located outside under cover and could include either comfortable chairs on casters or fixed seats with dividers between each box. Each loge box may be equipped with a counter, refrigerator and flat screen television monitor and would come with club lounge access and preferred parking.  Additional amenities could include in-seat wait service and access to upscale food and beverages. The University may allow multiple parties to share a loge box, if desired. It should be noted that loge box holders could receive first right to purchase tickets for all other events hosted at the stadium.

LUXURY SUITES

Construction of a new multi-purpose on-campus stadium could include luxury suites.  Luxury suite could include seating for approximately 16 people in an upscale, climate-controlled environment. Amenities could include VIP parking, access to an exclusive club lounge, in-suite catering, climate-controlled lounge, restrooms accessible only to suite patrons, and TV monitors.   Also, suites may be shared with up to three other parties if desired, to share the cost and seat inventory. It should be noted that suite holders could receive first right to purchase tickets for all other events hosted at the stadium.

LEASE TERMS
