A new NFL stadium in the Los Angeles area could offer a variety of seating options, including:
General seating locations would include standard-sized stadium seats, and access to general public stadium concessions and restrooms.
Club seating would also be available and offer the best views in the stadium and include wider, padded seats with more leg room, access to a private climate-controlled lounge with restrooms available only to club members, upscale food and beverage offerings, a private stadium entrance, and the ability to purchase preferred parking, among other such benefits.
It is possible that the following locations of General and Club seating options could be available in a new NFL stadium in the Los Angeles area (as shown in the hypothetical seating map below) |

The seating chart above provides possible General seat and Club seat locations in a new NFL stadium in the Los Angeles area. The seating bowl design presented above is purely hypothetical, and based on other recent NFL stadium developments. It should also be noted that the identity of any potential relocated NFL team is unknown at this time. Please rank your top three preferred seating locations understanding the most prime locations would be more expensive. For instance, Lower Level Club Seats would offer the best location and amenities. |

Over the past decade, most new NFL stadiums have utilized the sale of Personal Seat Licenses (“PSL”) to help fund construction. Do you know what a PSL is and how it works? |
|
|
A PSL gives the holder the right to purchase a season ticket for a particular seat in a new stadium. The main benefit of a PSL is having sole control of the tickets for as long as the NFL franchise plays in the stadium, including the right to transfer the license to relatives, friends or third parties. The proceeds from PSL sales are used towards the cost of the stadium construction. More than 14 NFL franchises have used the sale of PSLs to help fund new stadiums, including recently built stadiums in New York (Giants & Jets), Dallas (Cowboys), San Francisco (49ers), as well as the stadium that is currently under construction in Atlanta (Falcons).
Examples of the cost of one-time PSLs at recently built NFL stadiums include:
Lower Level: Dallas Cowboys $4,000 - $16,000 Minnesota Vikings $2,550 - $3,700 New York Giants $5,000 - $20,000 New York Jets $4,000 - $20,000 San Francisco 49ers $6,000 - $10,000 |
Upper Level: Dallas Cowboys $0 - $12,000 Minnesota Vikings $500 - $2,000 New York Giants $1,000 - $5,000 New York Jets $0 - $4,000 San Francisco 49ers $2,000 - $4,000
Club Seats (Lower and Mezzanine Levels): Dallas Cowboys $16,000 - $50,000 Minnesota Vikings $3,500 - $9,500 New York Giants $5,000 - $20,000 New York Jets $5,000 - $30,000 San Francisco 49ers $20,000 - $80,000 |
Lower Level Corner
General season tickets could be located in the corners of the lower level of a new NFL stadium in the Los Angeles area. The purchase of season tickets in the corners of the lower level would include tickets to 10 NFL games (2 preseason and 8 regular season) and the ability to purchase preferred parking. |
